For a few weeks, I had had very little energy or drive to workout or do much of anything, really. My diet is certainly not the worst in the world, but it could be better. I just cannot seem to get enough veggies in my meals because quite frankly, I dislike them. I don't have a "sweet tooth" anymore because these are as good as candy!I first noticed these at Walmart and starting taking them. They taste great and are convenient way to get nutrition into the body. After taking them for about a month, I seem to have more energy. I ordered the 2 pack on Amazon because of the savings, however, they are slightly different than the same product that I got from Walmart. These are a bit dried up and not as fresh as the ones from Walmart.I looked on the packaging for an expiration date, but could not find one.I wonder these are have a shelf life?Also, I ordered these with the Beet cheese. When I purchased these together at Walmart, I could distinguish these because the Greens chews are square shaped and the Beet chews are rectangular shaped. The same 2 products from Amazon are indistinguishable.They taste ok, not yummy. I keep them in the refrigerator because they are really soft and sticky. Im on the first bag and will continue to use for a couple months just to seeSo far I like them very much.Like that they are a soft chew. More energy since I have been taking them. Less cravings.I get all the chews and cuts down number of supplement pills. Best product it works well. Follow directions.love these great flavor --high calorie only downside
