Probably the best commercial pesto available. It’s not too full of oil, in fact on the drier side so I was able to enhance it with premium Italian XVOO, parmigiana reggiano and a few lightly toasted pine nuts and pretend I made it myself. To really impress, purée the mix with a handful of fresh parsley or spinach to brighten the color. The extras are unnecessary, but I HATE SEED OILS and it does have some, but in reality, it’s one of the lowest commercial amounts and the flavor is clean.
