I had the Ortho Deeper Greens Powder and it was great as well. However, for anyone on the run or anyone living in a harsh in environment the capsules are the ticket. I would definetely recommend the Ortho Molecular Deeper Greens over a product such as Barleans Greans for certain people. It depends what you need. Notice these greens DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBIOTICS ALMOST ALL OTHER GREEN PRODUCTS HAVE PROBIOTICS.This is a good thing. Probiotics should be seperate and you should know when you are taking them. You can have too much of a good thing.I use this conjunction with my sprouted brown rice protein drink such as Source Naturals.Not everyone can go to a fruit/vegetable stand every meal, but hopefully with these it makes up the difference a little bit for those who can't afford the real thing every meal.These greens improve my skin and digestion! But, they are really pricey!These supplements have served my son so well over the years. His aversion to green vegetables has been a years-long concern, but Deeper Greens capsules have been a wonderful alternative. Recommended by my son's doctor, they continue to be a part of his daily routine.Wonderful product to help compensate for not eating enough healthy fruits and veggies.
