I love Gotham Greens lettuce. My favorites are NE crunch and butterhead. It's very clean, ready to eat, and easy to throw together a salad. The boxes conveniently stack or support other items in the fridge. The expiration date always holds up. Often times I'll go beyond the date and the leaves are still dry and fresh. Plus, they are tasty and crunchy. Love that it's a local product (Providence, RI) for me. You haven't lived until you have had a bacon, Gotham Greens lettuce, and home grown tomato sandwich for lunch.
