Had a noticeable difference in my gut. Feel great and will continue to use.Pretty good for what it is and seems to work.Great product that does what is advertised…rare in this industry. Would recommendI got the pineapple and I’ve tried the grape. It really does not matter what flavor you get, because it’s going to taste like greens! It’s a slight kale taste. Not that big of a deal. Just chase it with juice. Works well. No clumping. A little bit of an aftertaste, but I just mix with 10-12 oz of water as suggested on the bottle. By far the best greens I’ve tried.Drink one with dinner every night and has done everything it claims to do, which is rare!Ever since switching to a higher protein, lower carb diet and being more selective of the foods that I eat, my intake of fruits and vegetables has fluctuated a lot. Being a fan of Redcon’s other products, I gave this a shot. Been using it for about 2 weeks now and really enjoy the benefits from it.I mix it with 12 oz of water and drink along with breakfast in the morning. I would suggest making sure you shake very well, otherwise it’ll be a little gritty. Also normally when it comes to flavors if I’m unsure I’ll default to a Strawberry/Watermelon/Grape, so chose Grape and for someone who isn’t that picky about tastes for supplements (I mean we’re talking about supplements, no desserts), the grape flavor is tolerable, but not great. To me it tastes more like prunes than grapes.Maybe next time I’ll go for the pineapple banana.This is my 2nd day using this product so my review at this point is strictly based on taste as I’d rather allow more time to see the digestive benefits.That being said, I have the pineapple banana flavor and it is by far the best tasting greens formula I’ve had and I’ve tried quite a few!It tastes fine on its own but if you really want to unlock the flavor potential, blend it with aFit & Wellness pack as seen in the picture and you’ll never go back to tropical cafe for smoothies again!Trying this out for a healthier diet and I gotta say, its pretty good. When you mix it up, it looks like a dark green spinach cocktail but it tastes pretty good. I got the banana pineapple flavor and it tastes like banana pineapple exactly as advertised. I'll be exploring other flavors in the future.
