I usually mix one scoop with oatmilk, one scoop of vanilla protein powder, one fresh whole banana, frozen peaches, strawberries, blueberries, mangos and add a whole single serve container of my favorite yogurt. Awesome stuff!It’s a greens product and it definitely tastes as such. Better tasting than others but still rough if you’re not used to it. I recommend mixing with some OJ. All other aspects are great in the product.Good taste!, I just put it in my fruit smoothie or just a cup of juice. It feels good knowing I got my veggies in for the day, since I don’t eat as much vegetables as I should. Tip: stir extra well to make sure it gets blended into your drink if just adding into your juice.Flavor takes a bit to get used to, but using peanut butter in smoothies makes a big difference. So many must have nutrients in this productOkay. I can admit when I'm wrong. When I first tried Green Freaks, I had never used a greens supplement before...and my initial reaction was yuck! It tasted like anything but vanilla chai. And, frankly, it was tough to drink.Well after going through an entire jar, I can honestly say that it gets better. After a week or so, your body gets used to the flavor, and it's really not all that bad. Especially for the 15 seconds it takes me to drink it. I can live with that. And more importantly, I feel so much better since starting with a greens supplement. Natural energy is way up, mood is up and, overall, I just feel like my body is running more efficiently.My real problem is with the value of the product. At the time of my purchase, this stuff was $29.99 for 30 servings. Except the container only contained 25...maybe 26 servings. And I can say without a doubt, that I leveled off the scoop every morning before adding it to my drink. There were no heavy scoops. So now you're looking at $29.99 for 25 servings. Which, in my opinion, is not the best deal.There's so many green supplements on the market. So my advice is do your research. There's equally good products for quite a bit less. I just purchased a 100 serving jar of Amazing Grass Alkalizing and Detox Greens on Amazon's Subscribe & Save for $38. 25 servings for $29.99 or 100 servings for $38? You do the math.I have been using this product consistently for over a year. I use it in the morning mixed with crushed ice and on an empty stomach. It has a great taste (the apple flavor is too sweet for me, almost like a jolly rancher) and I prefer the vanilla. I doesn’t give me any nausea and I can go do my morning cardio without feeling full or uncomfortable. The ingredients provided in this supplement provide me the extra boost of nutrients I don’t get from my restrictive diet. At one point just before I started this supplement I was very low on iron and hemoglobin which is vitally important in overall health. This included with my daily iron supplement has brought my levels back to normal range. I will definitely continue to use this product!Good solid product in the form of a powder that is flavored. Mixes well but can leave a fiber-ish clump at the bottom of mixer sometimes. Would recommend. It’s on my subscribe in save list.I don't know what so many people are complaining about the flavor. It's not made to make water taste better?This stuff is great. My bowel movements are much more consistent and regular using this product and feel much better since i've added it to my daily diet. I'd go so far as to say it is one of the 3 supplements i now consider essential as part of my weightlifting programme alongside Armor V and whey protein. I would add however if you are good and eat lots of greens already you may not feel so much benefit, but given i don't eat veg this has been a real godsend to help balancing my diet.Best tasting greens I've drank, it's quite sweet and smells like apple sours,Upset my stomach in a big way, just not for me.ExcellentTastes good but too sweet.
