i don't want to leave this review because this arugula is always selling out, but this is the best damn arugula i've ever had. always the freshest, and if properly stored in your fridge can last up to a week without any change in texture or flavor.PRO TIP (i'm not a pro but i love arugula): when you get it, upen the container, take the arugula out, line the container er with paper towels, then put half of the arugula back, another paper towel (i use the half-sheet kind), then the rest of the arugula, and a paper towel on top.this also gives you a chance to remove any sad pieces, of which there rarely ever are any with this brand.
