When I took this, I all of the sudden found my metabolism had a boost, and I was going to the bathroom more. This is a supplement that is marketed for its natural content of vegetables, so I take it as if I am having a healthy and cheap alternative to a super green juice like at Jamba Juice.One day, I began to question all of the content in processed foods I was eating and why I was sick. This product did not make me sick. However, after reading the label, I found these things:-The vegetable content of the powder is 6.8 grams of one serving, which is 85% of the content of each serving.-The rest of the content are laxatives and chemicals which help in digestion of normal and unhealthy foods along with processed fiber.I would be very careful of taking this over a long period of time. There are only 7 grams of vegetables in one serving of powder. Compare this with one serving of lettuce, which is 55 grams or one serving of broccoli, which is 78 grams. This product is very well marketed as a product with a full day's worth of vegetables, which is a significant contrast from what doctors and most food pyramids recommend actual intake of a much higher weight of vegetable intake in a healthy diet. While it feels good after you take it, it is likely the fact that you are going to the bathroom to poop rather than the wonderful vegetables that are such an amazingly organically grown food packed with the finest nutrients which are causing you to feel good. The chemicals at the bottom of the label are found naturally in foods which aid in digestion and processing of food, including lactase. This product is much more scientific than it is natural.Note: this is good for a person to use if they will not eat any vegetables in a day, for example if a person is traveling and won't be having much of a diet besides alcohol and bar/club food. However, vegetables are still needed if a person will get the remaining intake of Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. When taken alone, a person would be missing 92% of Fiber not found in nuts or bread, 75% of Vitamin A, 43% of Vitamin C, and 12% of Vitamin K, which means one serving does definitely not provide a full day's recommended intake of vegetables.**Update on Review**Updating my review to four stars because it is actually a great way to supplement your diet if you for some reason are not getting enough vegatables. I feel noticeably better and sharper as a result of all of the greens in the powder as well and my stomach eases. However, the king of all greens is just to eat the greens themselves. It is unfortunate that the ideal amount of greens a person should eat according to science and nutritionists is massive, equating to several plates of greens and greens within a smoothie each day. If you're young, this might be all you need, but don't forget to balance your meals with some greens every time you eat if you're not having a big salad two or three times a day.I used this product religiously for several years, and then I moved and fell out of the habit. I remembered how much energy I used to have when I drank a shake with one scoop of Amazing Grass every day, and I ordered another canister. Well after three days, all that energy is BACK BABY!I used to make this in a cocktail shaker (!!) with orange juice and it worked pretty well but you do need to drink it quickly because it separates super fast. Now I do keto so no OJ, with water there is nothing to hide the flavor. Blender bottle is great because you can keep shaking it up as you drink it. It tastes like green tea, which I personally don't like, but it is tolerable. I think lots of people would probably actually like the flavor, I just am not a fan of tea.In summary, I think it is good for you and I can tell the difference in my personal life.I've tried one other super greens before this, I didn't feel much of a change with the previous brand. However, starting to take this brand every morning really made a difference. I was able to feel less stopped up in my digestive track, I gained what feels like a more consistent and healthy appetite, and I overall just feel better. I'm active at least 2-3 days a week and I like to eat a wide variety diet, this may benefit someone similar to my life style. Would recommend.The product came in great condition and earlier than expected.I've seen other reviews on here about how the company doesn't fill the container to the top. The container clearly states that the product is sold by weight and the product settles over time. They have a diagram on the package to show exactly what they mean, so I don't think that should be an issue.I got The Original flavor because I wanted it as plain as possible. Whenever I get flavored anything with a supplemental product like this, generally it's too nasty to even get halfway through it. This product, although not the best taste ever (tastes like honey, nori, and wheat grass all mixed together) is at least something I can handle. It's a little strange, but I can still down it in one sitting with water. I plan to add this to smoothies later on, which should help even more. I feel like I'm getting used to the flavor already.Other than that, I completely enjoy the product. No digestion issues (I'm on day 3 of using this) or energy issues. I like to drink a serving in the morning as soon as I wake up. The company's website says you can safely consume this product multiple times a day. Good to know, but I don't plan on doing that since it's not the cheapest for the net weight you get. For my lifestyle, I just wanted to make sure I got in at least 2 servings of fruits/veggies a day. I don't always have the means to time to do so. Most days during the work week I only eat a keto protein bar or smoothie for breakfast, a PB&J for lunch, and a sad take-out for dinner.If my experience stays positive, I'll be looking to order the 100-serving container next!I don’t use water, I use natural juice. I basically use my juicer, juice fruit JUST FOR THE TASTE. I think it’s very pleasing to the palate & make it easy to swallow. To me with the water it has a “grassy” (for lack of a better term) feel & makes it difficult to swallow. I haven’t tried to use this product with juiced vegetables. Overall I like the product (my first time using) & I’ll be purchasing the other mixtures!!CHECK ON YOUR GUT PEOPLE!!!!I'm sure lots of people who lead waaaayyyyyy healthier lives than I could find reasons to criticize (probably accurately) this product. However, given the junk I eat most days, incorporating some green veg into my afternoon fruit smoothie is a no-brainer and quite possibly the healthiest thing I do all day. Tastes great, assuming you like the flavor of "green," and mixes up well.I was scared the flavor was going to be horrible. However, it doesn’t taste bad at all. I usually mixed with protein shake and I can barely taste. It kinda reminds me to the matcha tea. Aunque para mi gusto la mejor es la original.I like this product as a supplement to my daily intake of fruits & vegetables. Note that it doesn’t seem to be certified organic. But I like that there is no added sugar or artificial sweetener and that I can recognise all the ingredients. I find that mango, banana and dragonfruit are really good at dampening the strong green taste and make it quite drinkable (dragonfruit was also able to overpower the sludgy green colour!). But note that you’re unlikely to be able to completely hide the taste or texture. This packs twice the punch of the chocolate and the berry. I’ve tried the chocolate previously, but I think I will try the berry next to see how that is in terms of flavour.I don't eat vegetables, I did some research and seems this is among the best for capsules consumption for non-veggie people.My only grouse is the delivery person left the package on the floor in front of my door instead of in riser or door gate, though he might be afraid to crush the bottle if he try to squeeze in door gate. He probably didn't think of the riser or don't want to bother message me.Other than that, I'm so glad I found this super veggie capsule supplement in Amazon at a great price.Sabe rico, aunque se siente un poco la textura de polvo.
