The size of one package is good enough for one person if you want it for a lunch or dinner, the good thing about it is very well packaged, the box is sturdy enough. I have gotten it a few times it's always fresh, no rotten leave at all, smell perfectly fresh green, it is very versatile because it doesn't overpower other ingredients, you can basically pair it with anything you want broccoli cauliflower mushrooms they all work, however if it is not on sale it is a little bit on the expensive side. This size is not good for feeding a huge crowd. However the versatility of a combine into other salads is endless.
