I've been using 8Greens for a few years, and I've tried a few other brands as well to find the best one. I'm used to packets and this was my first time trying the tablets, so I'll compare those as well.My diet is humiliatingly bad, so I love green drinks — they make me feel like less of a jerk when I'm eating fast food. When I'm regularly drinking these, I feel significantly better, and I don't get canker sores (an annoying problem I have when I'm eating especially bad). Anyway, here's how they compare to other brands I've tried:-Zena Organic Supergreens packets are cheaper — they're also disgusting, way bigger servings that take longer to drink, and very difficult to force myself to finish.-Bloom is a little pricier and has some better flavor options than 8Greens in my opinion, but they are not better enough to warrant the price difference.-Neither one is nearly as good to drink as 8Greens because they aren't effervescent. I didn't realize how much I preferred bubbly drinks until I tried them and found they're way harder to get down because they stay powdery and coat your mouth.-8Greens has the best taste to me overall. Some people think they're too sweet, but I'm a soda lover and artificial sweet taste has never bothered me. These are actually so yummy I like having them as a drink with lunch rather than chugging it in the morning with my nose pinched like I have to do with Zena or Emergen-C.Now, I've loved the packets for years now, but they've gotten pretty expensive and I saw they came out with these tablets, so I tried for the first time.-Always do 8 oz of water or less. I like more like 6 oz for a more concentrated taste; if you think it's watery, you're adding too much liquid.-Tablets make a better drink overall. They take around 10 minutes to dissolve completely without stirring, and once they have, the drink is completely mixed and doesn't have any lumps or extra mix at the bottom, which is super impressive.-Packets are ready to drink right away and are more flavorful than the tablets. I am lazy and don't like to create an extra dish by using a spoon to mix it, so with the drink packets, I just swirl it around. This leaves little bits of gritty unmixed powder, which I weirdly kind of like.-Lemon lime is the best flavor by far and worth getting on its own. I got the variety pack just to try, and blood orange tastes exactly like Emergen-C.-Tablets are more convenient, and bringing a tube of 10 would be perfect for a trip vs having to stuff 10 packets of powder in your bag.I AM disappointed that they seem to be doing away with the packets because I liked that they came in paper instead of these thick "forever plastic" tubes. I'm sure this is to keep moisture out, but I wish there was a better option than having to create plastic waste every 10 drinks (or 25 if you get the bulk jar of powder). However, the tablets are almost as good in flavor and better in convenience, so I'm not too mad about making the switch.Love this product and I'll stay a loyal customer as long as I can keep affording them!
